Winning Powerball Ticket Worth $50K Sold At Capital Region Convenience Store

It may not have been the jackpot they were shooting for, but one lucky player from the region still won a hefty payday in the Powerball drawing.

A third-prize winning ticket worth $50,000 was sold in Albany County in Delmar, at the Joe’s Kwik Mart located at 146 Delmar Avenue, New York Lottery announced.

The winning ticket for the drawing held Saturday, Aug. 19, matched four numbers plus the Powerball.

Saturday night’s winning numbers are 1-25-27-38-62 and the Powerball is 13.

Powerball drawings are held every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 11 p.m.
